These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all services booked with Noah's Mobile Detailing ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting a request, booking a service, or otherwise engaging our services, you ("client," "you") agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Noah's Mobile Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services, including Exterior Detail, Interior Detail, and Full Detail packages, along with optional add-on services. Exact services included in each package are described on our website and confirmed at the time of quote.

2. Service Area

We currently serve Vancouver, Ridgefield, Camas, Battle Ground, Salmon Creek, and surrounding areas in Washington State. Service outside this area may be available on request and is not guaranteed.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• Pricing is based on vehicle size and the service selected at the time of your request.
• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide, including your vehicle's condition. Vehicles in significantly worse condition than described (excessive pet hair, mold, biohazard-level mess, etc.) may require an adjusted quote, which we will communicate before beginning work.
• We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service if a vehicle's condition poses a health or safety risk to our technician.

4. Booking & Access Requirements

• Services are booked through our online request form or by phone/text.
• As a mobile service, we currently require access to a water spigot and a power outlet at the service location. Jobs cannot be completed without this access.
• The vehicle must be accessible and unlocked (or keys provided) at the scheduled appointment time.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
• Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge due to weather conditions that make mobile service unsafe or impractical.
• Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a request for prepayment on future bookings.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in advance. Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of booking.

7. Vehicle Condition & Personal Belongings

• Please remove valuables and personal items from your vehicle prior to service. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle.
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, worn or damaged upholstery, aftermarket parts, or prior paint issues. Pre-existing damage may be noted before work begins.
• Certain conditions (e.g., prior windshield chips, loose trim, aftermarket tint or wraps) carry inherent risk during cleaning; we take reasonable care but cannot guarantee against pre-existing weaknesses.

8. Satisfaction

If you're not satisfied with any part of your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make it right. We're happy to discuss a re-clean of the specific area of concern.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Noah's Mobile Detailing's liability for any claim arising from services provided is limited to the amount paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Photography

We may take before/after photos of vehicles for quality control and marketing purposes (e.g., our website or social media). Photos are taken in a way that does not include license plates or identifying information. Let us know at the time of service if you'd prefer your vehicle not be photographed.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
